UX design for one of the largest horror movie festivals in Mexico City. Our annual focus is crafting an immersive and seamless user experience for festival attendees. Leveraging our expertise in user-centered design, we meticulously curate every touchpoint of the festival journey to evoke a sense of thrill and excitement. 
Our work extends beyond aesthetics, encompassing intuitive navigation, engaging interactions, and seamless information flow to enhance the festival experience. 
Significantly, our design decisions are based on intuition and a data-driven understanding of user preferences and behaviors gathered through quantitative research and surveys with attendees.
Outcomes
Increased user engagement by 31.7%
Increased user engagement by 35% and reduced bounce rate by 3% annually. Helped acquire more
